Simply complete the submission form on this page, and I will make sure your dog’s story is heard.

  • Please put in your dog's name followed by the type of surgery, or 'conservative management' if you're doing CM.

  • Make this as long or as short as you wish. Include everything from diagnosis, symptoms, why you chose your surgery/CM, date of injury, date of surgery, expectations, recovery, helpful information for others. Anything goes!
